The key to achieving this is sound relationship management, communication and professional expertise in organising contractors, handling service charge collections and dealing effectively with all of those crucial details concerning leases and relevant legislation.

With our highly experienced, helpful and well-trained team on board, you benefit from sound financial management aligned with the best professional practice.  You will also receive a high quality property repairs and maintenance service.  All of this is underpinned by our service level agreement with you.

We offer you a host of services to cover everything you may need, from service charge accounting and collection through to the co-ordination and management of the regular cleaning and maintenance of your communal areas.

We will appoint a dedicated site manager to you, who will visit your development at least four times per year to visually inspect the building and communal areas – inside and out.

It’s also our role to keep things running smoothly by attending to routine enquiries from lessees, residents and solicitors.  We organise and implement routine maintenance work and ensure repairs are undertaken in a timely manner.  Your allocated site manager will budget for and set out a planned schedule of visits, facilitate necessary repairs and maintenance work and ensure that contractors fulfil their obligations.
