Residential property management to suit your needs.

What do you look for when you need someone to manage your residents’ management company?

The cornerstones of our industry’s best practice are strong customer service and communication.  At Homestead, we make it our mission to ensure that our clients understand our role and where each party’s responsibilities lie.

Attention to detail is paramount in residential property management.  As an ARMA member, we adhere to a self-regulatory regime which includes the ARMA Consumer Charter & Standards.  This is a set of 180 professional standards covering all aspects of residential leasehold management.  We are also members of the Property Redress Scheme and comply with the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code.

At Homestead, we make it our business to protect your property interests and ensure that your residential management company runs smoothly.

The key to achieving this is sound relationship management, communication and professional expertise in organising contractors, handling service charge collections and dealing effectively with all of those crucial details concerning leases and relevant legislation.

With our highly experienced, helpful and well-trained team on board, you benefit from sound financial management aligned with the best professional practice.  You will also receive a high quality property repairs and maintenance service.  All of this is underpinned by our service level agreement with you.

“When our development required major refurbishment, the input of Homestead was invaluable.  We have absolutely no reservation in recommending Homestead to any group of residents seeking to ease the burden of managing their development.”

De Vere Gardens Services Ltd, Lytham St Annes

We offer you a host of services to cover everything you may need, from service charge accounting and collection through to the co-ordination and management of the regular cleaning and maintenance of your communal areas.

We will appoint a dedicated site manager to you, who will visit your development at least four times per year to visually inspect the building and communal areas – inside and out.

It’s also our role to keep things running smoothly by attending to routine enquiries from lessees, residents and solicitors.  We organise and implement routine maintenance work and ensure repairs are undertaken in a timely manner.  Your allocated site manager will budget for and set out a planned schedule of visits, facilitate necessary repairs and maintenance work and ensure that contractors fulfil their obligations.
